This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Delivers administrative assistance through precise documentation, data entry, and thorough record-keeping.
• Organizes both digital and physical filing systems to guarantee that information is easily accessible and well-structured.
• Confirms the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of submitted documents with internal guidelines.
• Updates logs, trackers, and systems with timely and exact information.
• Engages with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues regarding missing or incorrect documentation.
• Aids in maintaining audit readiness by ensuring complete and compliant documentation trails.
• Executes general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, preparing forms, and processing documents.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in construction, engineering, technology, or a similar industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and task or ticket-management platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Capacity to process work efficiently while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively within a team setting.
• Previous exposure to construction terminology or documentation is beneficial but not required.
• Must be willing to work mid-shift hours, from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM PHT.
• Work setup – Remote work from home.
