This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service as the primary point of contact for GJK Facility Services on campus offices.
• Responsible for the efficient daily support of the operations team, including Work Order management.
• Provide administrative assistance, data entry, and the preparation of correspondence, along with general coordination for the office and direct support to GJK site management.
• Actively participate in promoting Safety governance throughout the portfolio.
• Ensure GJK's operations adhere to all pertinent Health and Safety Legislation relevant to the business and its employees.
• Create and distribute all Work Orders, with a focus on prioritizing Emergency Work Orders.
• Welcome visitors to the office in a friendly, warm, and inviting manner.
• Oversee access to the office and car park, including key and fob distribution.
• Manage the distribution and filing of all correspondence.
• Prepare reports as needed.
• Ideally possess a degree, although it is not mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Strong initiative and self-management abilities to handle various functions and tasks effectively.
• Proven intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with desktop publishing software is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to provide comprehensive and efficient executive support to senior executives.
• Ability to respond swiftly and positively to changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decisive action capabilities.
