This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Support the team with payment processing and fundamental bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare essential documentation for both borrowers and partners.
• Engage in general research related to lending projects.
• Communicate with clients and brokers on behalf of the team.
• Manage diaries and coordinate some travel arrangements.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
• Update and maintain the CRM system.
• Assist with social media activities.
• Prior experience in an administrative role within an office setting is preferred.
