This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Diagnosis, tracking, and resolution of system incidents and requests.
• Administration and upkeep of IT infrastructures.
• Monitoring of systems and services.
• Execution of preventive maintenance tasks (patching, updates, maintenance plans).
• Proactive maintenance: optimization, sizing, and anticipating issues.
• Evolutionary maintenance: migrations, updates, and version changes.
• Management of backups and control of physical media.
• Preparation of technical documentation, reports, and notifications.
• Utilization of ticketing tools for incident management.
• Coordination with other technical teams and user support.
• Experience in system administration in on-premise environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Solid experience in Linux is highly valued.
• Experience in administering Oracle databases.
• Administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Knowledge of backup tools (Veeam).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Stable job position.
