Adjunct Faculty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional online instruction of the highest quality.

• Create an engaging and interactive virtual learning atmosphere.

• Assist students in achieving success in the courses assigned to them.

• Plan and conduct scheduled synchronous sessions effectively.

• Give clear and prompt feedback on assignments, quizzes, and projects.

• Address inquiries through Microsoft Teams and LMS messaging systems.

• Guide students in formulating research questions, conducting literature reviews, and mastering scientific writing.

• Initiate and maintain meaningful discussions.

• Incorporate additional resources to enhance learning outcomes.

• Evaluate assignments in accordance with the academic calendar.

• Track student progress using LMS reports.

• Participate in scheduled training sessions and faculty meetings.

• Meet the minimum requirements for professional development hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant or related field (Doctorate is preferred).

• Terminal Degree - Doctorate (PhD, EdD, DBA, or equivalent) in a relevant or related field; a strong record of scholarly publications is essential.

• At least two (2) years of college-level teaching experience; proven success in online or hybrid teaching modalities.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and Microsoft Teams.

• Understanding of Business Analytics or similar tools.

• Strong instructional design principles tailored for adult learners.

• Capability to provide effective and empathetic feedback.

• Dedication to academic integrity and inclusive teaching practices.
