Addiction Counselor – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the appropriate level of care needed.

• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and manage suitable referrals as necessary.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Work collaboratively with clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge planning.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable state laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and verifiable license from one of the following Indiana licenses: LCSW, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW, including your state of residency if it is not Indiana. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.

• Committed to supporting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team in a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.

• Have access to a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and a reliable internet connection.
