This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Perform intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the suitable level of care.
• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
• Offer crisis support and manage appropriate referrals as necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Work alongside clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state regulations.
• Possession of an active and verifiable Ohio counseling license, including LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LICDC, LCDC III, and any relevant licenses from your state of residence if it is not Ohio. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website during the application process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
• Dedicated to assisting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.
• Must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet access.
