Addiction Counselor – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments and assess Member readiness for care.

• Conduct virtual individual and group counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and manage referrals as necessary.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation in our EMR system.

• Work in collaboration with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge processes.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and relevant state regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC).

• Experience with populations affected by substance use disorders.

• Proficiency in delivering care through telehealth platforms.

• Strong skills in documentation and organization.
