This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze module scan data from vehicle systems to determine required calibrations, ensuring adherence to OEM repair standards following collisions and repairs.
• Assess vehicle damage and repairs through the evaluation of photographs and repair estimates.
• Utilize automotive service information programs to pinpoint the appropriate repair procedures and convey requirements clearly.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to facilitate efficient and effective administrative tasks.
• Forge strong relationships, achieve consistent results, and effectively communicate ADAS recalibration needs to personnel at repair centers.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and uphold certifications as needed.
• Effectively manage remote work while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and complying with company policies.
• At least one year of experience in automotive or collision repairs; ADAS experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with vehicle module scan data, automotive diagnostics, and proficiency in using scan tools and factory software.
• ASE or I-CAR certifications are advantageous.
• Capability to work remotely with sufficient internet access and manage multiple PC monitors.
• Self-driven, with a positive outlook and a customer-centric approach, alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and successfully pass an MVR check.
