This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and serve as the primary contact for advertisement designs for both new and existing clients.
• Function as the central communication hub throughout the advertisement strategy process.
• Cultivate positive relationships with Area Directors in accordance with program specifications.
• Establish rapport with clients to enhance their overall experiences.
• Assist clients in resolving credit card concerns and work towards reducing past-due balances.
• Monitor client metrics using established spreadsheets and processes.
• Review publications for advertisement quality and precision.
• Effectively manage multiple deadlines, ensuring that all advertisements are prepared and organized.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to emails regarding advertisement submissions and inquiries.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, clients, residents, and team members.
• Adhere to the program’s specifications to guarantee effective communication and alignment of content.
