This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Edit and create high-impact short-form advertisements for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Display using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Design attention-grabbing creatives that are optimized for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Analyze creative performance metrics (such as CTR, hook rate, and watch time) to implement actionable editing enhancements.
• Work alongside Media Buyers and other creative partners to refine advertising concepts and ensure alignment with performance objectives.
• Oversee the entire post-production process from initial editing to final delivery, which includes cutting footage, adding music and sound effects, color grading, and integrating motion graphics.
• Partner with marketing teams to create and enhance video concepts that support our advertising strategies and conversion targets.
• Incorporate B-roll footage, sound design, captions, and other advanced editing techniques to enrich storytelling and boost viewer retention.
• Leverage emerging AI-driven tools (such as Runway, Luma Labs, Google Veo, ElevenLabs, Sora) to enhance creative storytelling and improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure timely production of all video content that meets our quality benchmarks.
• Export video projects in the necessary formats and resolutions, verifying they align with quality standards before final submission.
• Occasionally create long-form content for both internal and external resources.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a performance marketing agency.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in producing high-impact ad creatives for lead-generation campaigns utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• 3 years of experience with editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and related plugins and programs.
• A robust portfolio showcasing performance-oriented ad creatives across various formats for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Extensive experience with motion graphics and visual effects software.
• Proficient in color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and other post-production tasks.
• Experience collaborating with media buyers and strategists to refine creative briefs and iterate on ad performance testing.
• Capability to produce high-quality ad creatives under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.
