Activity & RTM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Central coordination and prioritization of all field-force activities.

• Establish goals and ensure clear alignment, effective transitions, and excellence in field execution.

• Define and enhance the Route-to-Market strategy, encompassing channel strategy, market coverage, and service model.

• Set objectives for national and regional field-force initiatives in collaboration with National Key Account, Regional Field Force Manager, Perfect Store Management, and merchandising agencies.

• Monitor the quality, quantity, delivery, timing, coverage, effectiveness, and risks associated with implementation.

• Guide execution by adjusting priorities, resources, capacities, communication, and alignment.

• Revise the Route-to-Market contact and coverage model, including territory allocation, while continuously measuring and tracking KPIs.

• Regularly evaluate and enhance optimization measures to support field-force effectiveness.

• Provide results-oriented, performance-driven leadership and nurture the Activity and Route-to-Market team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (minimum of 10 years).

• At least 8 years of sales experience: Regional account management or experience in internal sales, ideally with experience in external sales.

• Experience in personnel management.

• Knowledge of shopper and trade marketing.

• Strong understanding of customer development and planning.

• Good affinity for numbers and analytical skills.

• Persuasiveness and negotiation skills.

• Openness to driving and shaping change processes.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

• Valid Class B driver's license.
