Accounts Receivable Specialist II

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of dealer clients.

• Handle all credit management and collection activities for the designated area.

• Establish strong connections with the internal sales team to effectively engage with clients.

• Assess and manage risks related to outstanding and unpaid invoices.

• Contact customers regarding overdue balances.

• Review accounts receivable aging reports for assigned accounts.

• Collaborate with sales, billing, and customer service teams to address account issues.

• Dispatch copies of invoices, credit memos, statements, and collection letters.

• Utilize independent judgment to secure payments.

• Prepare accounts for potential write-off approval.

• Supervise the application of payments.

• Suggest site restrictions for delinquent accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum requirement - High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience in a related field.

• Any degree/certification beyond a High School Diploma/GED in a relevant discipline with up to one year of experience.

• Five years of experience in a related field.

• Proven experience in resolving issues for both internal and external customers.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle versions 11 or 12.

• Preferred - Strong preference for experience with Manheim and/or Cox Finance.

• Oracle Accounts Receivable experience is highly preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce (SFX) and High Radius is preferred.
