Accounting Support Technician, Tax Bookkeeping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to clients via phone, email, remote access, and/or chat

• Identify issues reported and deliver precise resolutions

• Record incoming support requests in the platform

• Assist clients and respond to inquiries regarding the solutions offered

• Focus on personal development through training and updates

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree or currently pursuing studies in Accounting or a related field

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in tax, including fiscal bookkeeping, SPED EFD and contributions, DCTF

• Background in accounting, such as balance sheets, DRE - income statements, DMPL - statements of changes in equity, DLPA - retained earnings statements, cash books, SPED ECD / ECF

• Previous experience in support or customer service
