This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Account Manager and Account Executive with large and intricate client accounts.
• Create coverage comparisons, submissions, premium and rate evaluations, audits, and fulfill special requests.
• Engage with clients about specific program requirements and new assignments.
• Comprehend and meet unique client demands within the assigned book of business.
• Temporarily provide backup support to the Account Manager as necessary to ensure continuity of service knowledge.
• Identify problems and propose proactive solutions to the Account Manager and Account Executive.
• Conduct loss analysis and manage loss-specific invoicing, trending, tracking, and reconciliation activities.
• Address assigned unique client requests, including allocation spreadsheets across various coverage lines, entities, locations, or property ownership.
• Utilize the AMS to maintain comprehensive account details, upload policies, and enter schedules and driver lists.
• Oversee industry-specific reporting, encompassing well reporting and builder's risk.
• Review requests for certificates of insurance and offer guidance on invoicing allocations, surplus lines, policy processing, master COIs, customized Auto ID cards, and billing.
• Process endorsements and billing, examine cancellation notices, analyze loss information within Experience Mods, conduct deductible analysis, and participate in internal and other meetings.
• Operate independently and spearhead special project assignments.
• Assist with special client projects as necessary.
• Relevant experience is necessary; experience in specialty areas is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within AMS while upholding data completeness standards.
• Attained a general insurance designation.
• Actively pursuing additional insurance designations is preferred.
• Effective project and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and ensure processes progress smoothly from inception to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Minimal travel required, less than 10%.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and/or client specialty areas.
