Account Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• This position is focused on leading a team of customer service representatives dedicated to our operations in France and the Benelux region.

• You will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of the order book and delivering exceptional service to achieve revenue goals while providing a top-tier customer experience.

• You will oversee the management of the order book for all accounts serviced by your team.

• In this role, you will ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the overall customer experience.

• You will proactively drive the POD's “running-the-business” process to foresee current and future order book trends in alignment with account objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree (minimum of Bachelor’s level).

• Over 7 years of experience in Supply Chain operations or project/process management.

• More than 7 years of experience in team management.

• A results-driven leader with a strategic vision and an entrepreneurial approach.

• Strong leadership abilities and people management skills.

• Excellent presentation skills are essential.

• Highly effective communicator, capable of synthesizing and presenting complex data.

• Proficiency in both French and English.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Business Objects–based reporting tools.

• Familiarity with enterprise management systems and CRM solutions (preferably SAP, etc.).
