Account Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address communications in the National Accounts inbox

• Offer daily assistance to National Account Managers (NAMs)

• Support general account management and coordination efforts

• Evaluate customer Special Services Requests for precision

• Handle customer credit requests and adjustments to pricing

• Review and execute requests for contract terminations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in providing operational support to Account Managers

• Skilled in managing emails and account administration tasks

• Capable of processing Special Services Requests, billing assistance, and contract oversight

• Familiarity with technical requirements (Intel iCore 5, 16GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro)

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
