This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring overall satisfaction, progress, and successful delivery.
• Foster trusted and empathetic relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business to translate objectives into clear, actionable strategies.
• Assist the Account Director in promoting client retention and uncovering opportunities for organic growth.
• Maintain clarity and momentum for programs across intricate, multi-channel initiatives.
• Propel projects forward through your proactive leadership.
• Create and oversee internal timelines and workflows to guarantee that work is completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategy.
• Lead status meetings and direct cross-functional teams (Media, Creative, Data, Production) towards definitive next steps.
• Manage the execution and fulfillment of program commitments, effectively communicating any changes in scope along with their timing and budget impacts.
• Aid in the preparation of quarterly business review (QBR) and annual business review materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance optimization recommendations.
• Work alongside team members to generate ideas for audience, creative, and channel testing strategies.
• Stay informed about data-driven marketing trends and emerging best practices.
• Achieve proficiency in Amsive’s tools and systems to ensure operational excellence.
• 2-4+ years of experience in managing omnichannel marketing programs across Direct Mail, Email, SEO, SEM, and paid media channels such as CTV and Linear TV.
• 2+ years of experience in an agency setting with a proven track record in managing client relationships.
• Experience acting as the primary client contact for omnichannel campaigns.
• Proficient in compiling, documenting, and conveying client requirements to internal teams, including creative, data, technology, media, and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that bring clarity and confidence to every interaction.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects while fostering trust and maintaining momentum.
• Solid understanding of marketing and communication principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Comfortable working in regulated environments and compliance-driven workflows.
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain profitable client relationships.
