This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate and expand the customer base of Ravago Resale in Germany, with a primary emphasis on acquiring new business.
• Oversee an existing account portfolio while actively enhancing it through targeted prospecting efforts.
• Conduct visits to customers and prospects throughout a large and varied territory, ensuring a robust market presence and coverage.
• Revitalize dormant accounts and strengthen connections with underutilized clients.
• Report directly to the Sales Lead Manager and work in close collaboration with the broader Ravago Resale team across Europe.
• Operate independently from a home office, with the flexibility to plan customer visits and devise your commercial strategy.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in a B2B sales position.
• Experience with plastic converters or materials distribution is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record in developing sales territories, securing new clients, and achieving commercial objectives.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote and decentralized setting.
• A natural relationship builder who excels in client-facing roles.
• Residing in southern Germany, preferably within proximity to Frankfurt or Munich.
• Proficient in both German and English (spoken and written).
