This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to access and connectivity pricing.
• Identify and price connectivity solutions such as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Broadband, Ethernet, Fixed Wireless, Transport, SD-WAN underlay services, and various network access products.
• Assess different carrier options and suggest the best solutions based on pricing, service availability, customer needs, and business goals.
• Work alongside Sales Engineering to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer technical and operational specifications.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of carrier networks, access technologies, pricing trends in the market, and competitive landscape.
• Support Sellers in discovering innovative connectivity solutions for complex customer needs.
• Oversee the entire access quote lifecycle, from the initial request to quote delivery.
• Create precise and timely quotes using Fusion Connect quoting tools, carrier portals, and internal systems.
• Ensure all quote requests comply with established service-level targets and quality benchmarks.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of quote activities, carrier responses, pricing assumptions, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sellers to provide strategic pricing insights that enhance competitiveness while safeguarding company profitability.
• Assist with unique pricing requests and participate in deal reviews as necessary.
• Utilize established Vendor Relations and carrier escalation processes to assist seller opportunities.
• Engage with carriers to acquire pricing, serviceability, promotions, and non-standard solutions.
• Address carrier issues when needed to fulfill customer demands and revenue goals.
• Stay informed about changes in carrier products, pricing programs, and market trends.
• Aid in assessing carrier performance and pinpointing opportunities to enhance sourcing efficiency.
• Constantly seek ways to refine quoting processes, decrease turnaround times, and improve both partner and customer experiences.
• Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce, quoting systems, and carrier management tools.
• Support reporting and analysis concerning quote activity, turnaround times, carrier performance, and win rates.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership on initiatives for process improvement and operational best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources relevant to access quoting.
• Solid understanding of telecommunications and connectivity solutions, including DIA, Broadband, Ethernet, SD-WAN, Transport, Fixed Wireless, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with carrier ecosystems, quoting practices, and access procurement procedures.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong commitment to precision.
• Capability to manage various priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to cultivate productive relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, carrier portals, and quoting platforms.
