Academic Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted consultant for customers while safeguarding the revenue stream.

• Uncover new prospects in health workforce education institutions.

• Assist customers in deriving value from Elsevier content and platforms by conducting engaging training sessions.

• Stimulate demand for Elsevier e-solutions and content within the health sector in France and selected French-speaking regions.

• Create e-solution opportunities and work alongside the institutional sales team to convert these opportunities.

• Identify key decision-makers and appropriately position solutions.

• Foster faculty advocacy for Elsevier products and solutions.

• Oversee the onboarding and implementation of Education e-solutions for faculty, students, and librarians.

• Provide support through both in-person and online training sessions.

• Organize and deliver product presentations.

• Collect customer feedback and relay it to the Content, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams using designated tools and procedures.

• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as a team player within a matrix organization.

• Exhibit strong communication and engaging presentation skills.

• Have experience in a customer-facing position within an academic/education, content, or software organization.

• Possess the ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with diverse customers and colleagues.

• Have knowledge of the structures and decision-making processes within educational institutions.

• Exhibit native or near-native proficiency in French.

• Maintain a good command of English.

• Ability to speak and write in an engaging manner.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Possess a valid driving license.

• Base salary range of zł119,000–zł220,900 for the Poland location.

• Variable pay/total target cash opportunity; total target cash range of zł136,800–zł254,000 for Poland.
