This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assists in enhancing student retention by delivering non-instructional support and intervention for learners in grades 6-12.

• Collaborates with students and their parents to pinpoint strengths and areas needing improvement in online learning.

• Offers exceptional customer service while ensuring student progress through effective intervention strategies.

• Monitors, tracks, and responds to the needs of students concerning factors influencing online learning success.

• Establishes and nurtures relationships with students and their families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Experience in working with children or youth.

• Proven proficiency in utilizing online tools and applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable engaging in online and telephone communications with customers.

• Background in Education is preferred.
