This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass collection and revenue targets

• Efficiently manage assigned accounts by meeting productivity and activity objectives

• Deliver outstanding service and communication to customers

• Precisely update the proprietary collection system

• Ensure adherence to high quality standards by following all specific account handling instructions from clients

• Safeguard the confidentiality of information pertaining to both internal and external parties

• Promote effective communication and collaboration across different countries and cultures

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

• Over 2 years of experience in collections

• Strong knowledge of collections processes and systems

• Practical experience with CRMs and intermediate skills in Excel

• An associate's degree in business is preferred

• Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work independently

• Proven experience with invoice processing portals
