This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop modular level art assets and props from the ground up.
• Design trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, and skillfully merge them to produce high-quality assets.
• Optimize assets for various platforms, which includes creating LODs and collision models.
• Demonstrated ability to create trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, as well as effectively combine them. In this role, you will focus on crafting assets from scratch rather than placing them in the environment.
• Solid modeling experience across a range of styles, with the skill to manually adjust weighted normals for assets.
• Extensive knowledge of baking and texturing utilizing tools like Marmoset, Substance Painter, and Designer. Capable of seamlessly baking assets composed of multiple components.
• Proficiency in Maya is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the video game industry, specifically in building architecture and props.
• A genuine passion for game creation and a quick learning ability will be beneficial.
