This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in creating visually engaging graphic design assets for both digital and print media, which includes advertisements, banners, email templates, social media posts, and more.

• Design and produce top-quality 3D renders for product visualizations, marketing collateral, and e-commerce platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop unified visual narratives for campaigns, website designs, and product launches.

• Utilize your motion graphics capabilities to enhance projects, such as web banners, social media advertisements, and brief animations (experience in motion graphics is advantageous but not the main focus).

• Uphold consistent visual design standards that embody the Sunco brand identity across all interaction points.

• Provide creative guidance and design leadership within the team, offering constructive feedback and mentoring to junior designers and team members.

• Guarantee that design projects are completed on schedule and adhere to the highest quality benchmarks.

• Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and techniques to consistently contribute innovative ideas.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in a design position, with a portfolio that showcases proficiency in graphic design and 3D rendering.

• Strong command of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling/rendering tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.

• (Expertise in Keyshot is required)

• Extensive experience in creating 3D renderings, including product visualization, environmental design, and realistic texturing.

• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Motion graphics experience is beneficial, particularly for short animations and digital assets, although it is not a primary requirement.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
