3D Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Produce high-quality cinematic 3D animations starting from pre-visualization or animatics to the final render.

• Create, texture, shade, and illuminate assets for superior scientific and technical visualization.

• Rig and animate mechanical systems, spacecraft, instruments, and robotic operations.

• Design environments and planetary visualizations to enhance mission narratives.

• Render and composite final sequences for video outputs.

• Work collaboratively with creative directors, producers, and technical specialists to ensure scientific precision.

• Convert intricate engineering or scientific ideas into accessible visual stories.

• Efficiently iterate designs based on both creative and technical feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in cinematic 3D animation and visualization.

• Proven experience throughout the complete 3D pipeline: modeling, texturing/shading, lighting, rigging, animation, rendering, and compositing.

• Proficiency in software such as Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, and/or After Effects.

• Capability to create high-quality animations both autonomously and within team environments.

• Strong understanding of motion, timing, lighting, and cinematic composition.

• Comfortable working from storyboards, pre-visualizations, or animatics through to final production.
