📋 Description

• Oversee the complete creative production process of long-form, YouTube-centric content from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate ideas, workflows, and creative philosophies into captivating and clear video narratives.

• Develop and enhance formats that strike a balance between depth, craftsmanship, and accessibility for a diverse creative audience.

• Collaborate across various functions with marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure storytelling aligns with overarching narratives.

• Direct editors and collaborators through feedback processes to guarantee high-quality and polished execution.

• Construct and enhance production workflows that promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

• Leverage performance insights and audience feedback to refine formats and drive continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a producer, filmmaker, or digital content creator with a robust storytelling portfolio.

• Proven experience in directing YouTube-native, long-form content with a strong grasp of pacing, audience retention, and engagement.

• A distinctive perspective on storytelling, with the capability to present complex or technical topics in an intuitive and compelling manner.

• Proficient in collaborating with creative or technical audiences, such as designers, developers, or product teams.

• Demonstrated experience managing the entire creative production lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.

• A systems-oriented mindset focused on scaling effective solutions rather than just producing a single exceptional video.
