📋 Description

• Assist young individuals by fostering engagement and building meaningful relationships

• Organize outdoor activities that align with the interests of young people

• Promote conversations about emotions and thoughts to facilitate improved decision-making

• Experience in youth work and child social care

• Background in Mental Health, including eating disorders, self-harm, and instances of absconding

• Strong confidence in engaging with young people
