Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Assist the Fleet Maintenance team by evaluating and confirming all vendor estimates.

• Oversee the approval or denial of estimates and modifications to guarantee precision.

• Collaborate with rental locations to offer feedback and guidance for expedited approvals.

• Keep audit records of all estimates from external vendors and repair facilities.

• Evaluate vendor performance, supplying management with assessments and suggestions.

• Support with additional tasks as assigned to fulfill business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in repair estimation.

• Proficient in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or comparable software.

• Knowledge of vehicle salvage.

• Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or associate’s degree with relevant experience.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Proficient in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications.

• High attention to detail.

• Strong organizational abilities.
