Writer – Experiência com Investimentos ou Mercado Financeiro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish standards, best practices, and principles of writing

• Develop and maintain brand style and voice guides

• Create reusable text components: microcopy, error messages, CTAs, etc.

• Map critical text flows and convert them into templates

• Collaborate closely with system designers and developers to ensure content is an integral part of components

• Monitor the adoption of content guidelines within design systems

• Lead workshops, talks, and training sessions on Content Design

• Serve as a reference for best writing practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in investments or the financial market

• Proven experience in building Design Systems focused on desktop platforms

• Strong knowledge of UX writing, web writing, and copywriting

• Understanding of accessibility in writing

• Experience in creating and documenting writing rules and standards for digital products

• Experience in educating and sharing best practices and responsibilities within a Content System

• Proficiency in the Figma tool

• Familiarity with the Zeroheight platform (not mandatory)

• Knowledge in interface design for desktop and mobile platforms

• Degree in Social Communication, Literature, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields
