Workforce Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, oversee, and maintain staffing schedules to guarantee optimal coverage for all shifts.

• Proactively modify schedules in response to staffing needs, shrinkage trends, and business demands.

• Collaborate closely with the WFM Capacity Planner and Operations team to ensure effective resource utilization.

• Communicate with Operations team leaders to verify schedules and address any conflicts or discrepancies.

• Monitor weekly shrinkage and implement necessary adjustments to uphold healthy staffing levels.

• Create and maintain reports to assess performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Continuously assess and refine scheduling processes, offering recommendations for improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

• Participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to present scheduling insights and ensure alignment with service delivery expectations.

• Work in collaboration with Operations Leadership to fulfill client staffing needs and service objectives.

• Maintain the ability to adjust schedules in real-time according to fluctuating business conditions.

• Exhibit high adaptability to evolving client demands and operational changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workforce Scheduler.

• Demonstrated experience in workforce management or scheduling within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

• Proficient in WFM tools and reporting systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

• Highly adaptable and responsive to evolving business needs and client requirements.

• Willingness to work varied shifts and extended hours when necessary.
