Workday Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• This position is for one of Weekday's esteemed clients.

• Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 2400000 (i.e., INR 10 - 24 LPA).

• Required experience: 7+ years.

• Location: India.

• Employment Type: Full-time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Workday Reporting, with more than 3 years dedicated to Workday PRISM.

• Comprehensive practical expertise in Workday PRISM Analytics.

• Proficient in generating Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Discovery Boards.

• Skilled in PRISM data ingestion, data transformation, and ETL processes.

• Strong grasp of Workday Security, Business Processes, and HR data management.

• Capable of developing intricate Calculated Fields and designing Dashboards.

• Familiarity with integrating Workday with external data sources.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.

• Workday PRISM Certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a beneficial addition.

• Core competency required: Workday PRISM Reporting.

• Must-have skills: Workday Reporting, PRISM.

• Good-to-have skills: Workday HCM Configurations.
