This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Take charge of, enhance, and oversee the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules.
• Manage changes in configuration, implement improvements, and address any issues.
• Lead the implementation process from gathering requirements to the successful rollout.
• Provide support for the implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to collect requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure robust integration with other Workday modules and systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules.
• Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional challenges.
• Experience with system testing and release management processes.
• Background in global or multi-country environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of the touchpoints and dependencies related to Absence and Time Tracking modules.
