This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of, enhance, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules.
• Oversee configuration modifications, improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Spearhead implementation efforts from requirements collection to deployment.
• Provide support for the implementation and potential management of Workday Scheduling.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure robust integration with other Workday modules and systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules.
• Demonstrated capability to diagnose and resolve configuration and functional challenges.
• Experience in system testing and release management.
• Proven background working in global or multi-country settings and effective stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of the touchpoints and dependencies within the Absence and Time Tracking modules.
