This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership, optimize, and sustain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules.
• Oversee configuration adjustments, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Direct implementation efforts from gathering requirements to final rollout.
• Assist in the implementation and potential management of Workday Scheduling.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to collect requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure robust integration with other Workday modules and systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules.
• Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and address configuration and functional challenges.
• Familiarity with system testing and release management processes.
• Experience in global or multi-country settings and proficient stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of the touchpoints and dependencies within the Absence and Time Tracking modules.
