This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Offering support to internal stakeholders in HR technology solutions specifically related to Workday
• Acting as a robust HR Technology consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams across EMEA
• Identifying and investigating issues/system defects while proposing solutions and recommendations
• Adhering to Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines
• Developing test scenarios and test scripts
• Conducting system testing and organizing user testing and acceptance
• Delivering resolutions in line with deadlines while maintaining SOP documentation
• Collaborating with the HR Technology Global Team to create and train internal clients on processes
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role involving the Workday HRIS system
• Prior experience in Workday configuration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen in a technical setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Capability to prioritize tasks and deliver timely follow-up and resolutions
• Proficient in working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented global environment and managing multiple projects
• Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period
