This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take charge of the design-to-web pipeline and enhance the growth optimization for Grey's marketing and product online presence.
• This position requires original work—your task will be to convert high-fidelity designs into fully functional, conversion-oriented websites while conducting SEO and growth experiments.
• You will collaborate with design, marketing, and growth teams to create pixel-perfect implementations, optimize for search and user behavior, and determine which pages and content effectively drive customer acquisition.
• This role encompasses both craftsmanship (ensuring visual appeal and smooth functionality) and commerce (ensuring conversions, search rankings, fast loading times, and compliance with fintech regulations).
• You will continuously create new pages based on insights from the growth team, rather than merely deploying static designs.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Webflow (custom builds, not templates—components, Webflow native interactions + GSAP).
• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, including content modeling and managing dynamic content.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Webflow Localization for multiple regions.
• Solid foundation in HTML/CSS; comfortable using JavaScript as needed.
• Demonstrated experience in SEO implementation and optimization (on-page, technical SEO, schema markup).
• Understanding of conversion funnel optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to work swiftly and iterate based on data insights (not overly focused on perfection if data suggests otherwise).
• Excellent communication skills; you will coordinate with design, marketing, and growth teams that have competing priorities.
• Highly regarded: Experience in fintech, financial products, or regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS and Localization.
• Experience in running or supporting growth experiments (landing pages, campaigns, conversion optimization).
• Understanding of keyword research, competitive positioning, and foundational content strategy.
• Basic experience with analytics dashboards (capable of generating your own reports).
