Web Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and develop high-caliber web applications utilizing React, TypeScript, and contemporary front-end architectural principles.

• Assist in advancing our fundamental web platform and shared engineering capabilities.

• Engage with various technologies such as Next.js, Node.js, Express, and GraphQL.

• Produce accessible, responsive, and visually appealing experiences in accordance with WCAG standards.

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to convert concepts into scalable solutions.

• Guide engineers and foster a robust culture of technical excellence and ongoing improvement.

• Advocate for agile methodologies, code quality, peer reviews, and continuous delivery practices.

• Participate in architectural decisions, planning sessions, and discussions regarding technical strategy.

• Leverage analytics and customer insights to guide engineering and UX choices.

• Aid in the development of cloud-native solutions using AWS and Terraform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Substantial commercial experience in developing modern web applications with React.

• Profound knowledge of TypeScript and contemporary JavaScript development.

• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux and React Context.

• Strong grasp of scalable front-end architecture and engineering best practices.

• Proficiency in modern styling techniques using CSS, SCSS, or Less.

• Commitment to creating accessible digital experiences.

• Experience in delivering enterprise-scale web solutions in dynamic environments.

• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.

• Background in mentoring engineers and engaging with engineering communities.

• Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
