Web Developer – Frontend, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain web systems, engaging in both frontend and backend development.

• Contribute to best coding practices, testing methodologies, and maintain clean architecture.

• Collaborate on a mature multi-tenant system that is currently undergoing modernization.

• Employ AI tools in the development process with discernment and accountability.

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews) and participate in architectural discussions.

• Record processes, technical choices, and the evolution of the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in an object-oriented backend programming language (PHP, Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar) along with a robust backend framework.

• Experience in frontend development utilizing a reactive framework (Vue, React, Angular, or similar) — focusing on componentization, state management, and API consumption.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with Git as part of a team workflow (branching, code review, conflict resolution).

• Application of AI tools in the development workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar), with a critical evaluation of the generated code.
