Web Automation, AI Solutions Builder – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Create and deploy automation solutions utilizing AI, low-code, and no-code platforms.

• Recognize repetitive processes among teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Support) and transform them into scalable systems.

• Independently establish architecture and select the appropriate tools and stack.

• Work with stakeholders to clarify needs and develop solutions.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions to create effective, AI-driven strategies.

• Develop lightweight internal tools and integrations.

• Present solutions and assist teams in the onboarding process.

• Conduct small workshops to enhance AI literacy and promote adoption throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical background (experience in development is advantageous, but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in English and Russian.

• Approximately 1+ year of practical experience with AI tools, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.

• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and take initiative in solutions.

• Effective communication skills — able to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, OpenAI APIs, etc. is preferred.
