Wave Test Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Partner with the government client to plan and execute testing for the new financial system while coordinating with other vendors to adjudicate, resolve, and close issues.

• Evaluate current test plans and create updated versions for the implementation releases.

• Lead a team of 5-10 system testers focusing on various system components, such as application functionality, system configuration, system interfaces, reports, and data conversion.

• Supervise the development of test scenarios and test scripts for each financial system component within that wave, including the application of automated testing tools.

• Manage and prioritize a testing defect log to be shared with the government client and other vendors to monitor testing progress.

• Offer technical, managerial, or administrative guidance for functional domains related to ERP systems and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree and 10 years of experience (or a Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience) supporting Momentum or other Financial Management software implementation activities within a large federal agency.

• Proven experience in leading testing activities for a financial or acquisition system at a significant government agency.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a team of at least 5 individuals in testing or other system implementation tasks.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Momentum.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Occasional travel to Washington, DC or Austin, TX may be necessary.
