This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Validate service requests for warranties and oversee repair coordination.
• Manage documentation systems and serve as the link between dealers and the OEM.
• Review and resolve warranty claims and cases accurately and promptly, adhering to established SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Follow all policies and procedures set by the manufacturer and warranty company.
• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including service advisors, service managers at dealerships, and the OE Aftersales team, while resolving cases and claims.
• Ensure productivity and accuracy in claim resolutions, focusing on reducing overall warranty administration costs.
• Escalate issues and concerns to Engineering as needed; monitor and follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with all service staff and management.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in the parts, service, or warranty department of a dealership, as a junior service technician, or in parts sales with a basic understanding of technical concepts.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Italian – Native speaker.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
