This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a product analyst focusing on telecom data and processes.
• Collect requirements for new Voice/Mobility initiatives, mapping workflows and affected systems.
• Draft system development specifications, create use cases, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Define and design the SIM CARD loading pipeline as sanctioned by Engineering.
• Address cross-functional requirements concerning SIM card provisioning.
• Facilitate discussions to comprehend Voice/Mobility requirements and provide corresponding workflows and specifications.
• Collaborate with various teams to foster a shared understanding and deliver products/services effectively.
• Act as a knowledge sharer within the team.
• Engage in IoT projects by developing end-to-end designs, flow diagrams, delivering requirements, and conducting validations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Proven experience with Voice/Mobility processes and products, with a mandatory understanding of systems in the Mobility/Voice Claro stack (GIF, PIB, URM, SGIoT, IW, GAIA, CLA, SGAV, SAIP, Broadsoft, APG).
• Preferred familiarity with SIM card provisioning workflows.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Possess analytical skills and a process-oriented approach.
• Experience with automation of voice/mobility service provisioning and integration with orchestration systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Voice/Mobility services such as Virtual PBX and SIM card provisioning is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Knowledge of BPMN is required.
• Preferable understanding of IoT concepts.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs utilized in IoT solutions (REST, MQTT) is preferred.
• Understanding of the IoT ecosystem including devices, networks (LoRa, NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G), platforms, and applications is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IoT data security and governance is preferred.
