VoE Data Analyst – Temporary Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist in the administration, execution, and analysis of employee listening initiatives, which include engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, and ad hoc feedback efforts utilizing platforms such as CultureAmp.

• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative employee feedback data to uncover trends, themes, strengths, and opportunities within the employee experience.

• Create clear, compelling, and visually appealing presentations and reports to convey findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Collaborate with your People Team & Experience colleagues and other stakeholders within our Shared Services organization to facilitate the development, monitoring, and implementation of action plans derived from employee feedback and survey insights.

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail while overseeing survey timelines, reporting deliverables, data accuracy, and documentation.

• Contribute to ongoing people strategy initiatives and special projects focused on employee engagement, inclusion, culture, and the Employee Value Proposition.

• Leverage tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT to optimize workflows, enhance analyses, elevate presentation quality, and boost team efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive employee feedback and data.

• Keep abreast of best practices in employee experience and Voice of the Employee, offering innovative ideas and continuous improvement suggestions to the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, data and analytics, insights, human resources, or a related area is preferred.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, Voice of the Employee, or People Strategy.

• Familiarity with core Microsoft suite tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to analyze, comprehend, and prioritize daily tasks effectively.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• An eagerness to learn and continually improve.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Employee Survey tools like CultureAmp or similar platforms.

• Work experience in management/technology consulting or professional services sectors.
