Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Instagram under the supervision of the Creative Lead.

• Capture and edit essential on-site and in-field content.

• Implement visual trends recognized by the team, tailoring them to align with the brand’s voice.

• Edit graphic assets and adjust formats using templates supplied by the senior design team.

• Assist in production shoots and help organize asset files.

• Support the Creative Visual Designer with campaign adaptations and versioning.

• Maintain and update the asset library to ensure organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Fundamental video editing abilities using CapCut, InShot, or Premiere.

• Knowledge of current social media formats and the differences in performance on TikTok and Instagram.

• Eagerness to learn rapidly and execute tasks with clear guidance.

• Strong attention to visual details, including sizing, spacing, typography, and color.
