Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative vision and implementation of graphic and motion-based assets across various projects and platforms.

• Create and animate motion graphics and microinteractions for websites, mobile applications, and video content.

• Generate 3D assets and animations for digital activations, AR/VR experiences, and web-based interactions.

• Engage in creative brainstorming for new business proposals and pitch presentations.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve product interfaces using motion UI and narrative-driven visuals.

• Design fundamental web and app user interfaces, integrating graphic design aesthetics into interface layouts.

• Conceptualize and produce brand identities and visual systems for clients in various sectors.

• Work in close partnership with developers to guarantee that creative concepts are feasible, scalable, and technically sound.

• Contribute to the advancement of the Forge design culture through creative energy, innovation, and experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or multidisciplinary Creative.

• Demonstrated capability to conceptualize and implement motion graphics, animations, and microinteractions.

• A robust portfolio that highlights motion work, 3D/multimedia projects, and brand identity design.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software.

• Experience in designing for web, mobile, and emerging platforms (AR/VR, interactive installations, etc.).

• Familiarity with creative workflows in a technology-driven environment.

• Basic skills in UI design and component-based interfaces.

• Excellent visual storytelling and presentation abilities.

• A collaborative approach and the capacity to work within multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetics is advantageous.

• Bonus points for experience with real-time rendering tools, Unity/Unreal Engine, or WebGL frameworks.
