This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer empathetic outpatient psychotherapeutic services at CareMind Health P.C.'s innovative virtual outpatient clinic.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, including both individual and group sessions, to enhance clinical and functional outcomes.

• Conduct thorough screenings such as M3, PHQ-9, and GAD-7, while skillfully managing intake referrals.

• Promote patient-centered and culturally sensitive care through education, collaboration, and referrals to community resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC (or equivalent) certification is mandatory, with a commitment to obtaining licensure in MD, DC, or VA.

• Prior clinical experience with SMI and SUD populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with measurement-based care and a dedication to continuous quality improvement in outpatient environments is advantageous.
