Virtual Professional Skin Therapist Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service by offering skincare insights and recommending products.

• Assist with customer transactional queries through live chat, email, and phone communication.

• Work in partnership with the Education team to uphold product knowledge and training materials.

• Record and report on customer experience trends and identify areas for enhancement.

• Improve the customer journey by supporting initiatives aimed at boosting engagement and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Skin Therapist license with a minimum of one year of practical professional experience.

• In-depth understanding of Dermalogica products, treatments, and skincare advice.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Zendesk or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.

• Capability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
