This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver an outstanding level of service to residents in multifamily, single-family, and student housing during every interaction.
• Utilize Happy Force software to assess, prioritize, and address incoming maintenance requests.
• Assist residents with basic maintenance solutions via SMS and written communication, adhering to Happy Force standard operating procedures.
• Gather pertinent information from residents to aid on-site teams when escalation becomes necessary.
• Maintain daily communication with property teams regarding operations, updates, and escalations.
• Assist residents in navigating mitigation steps for maintenance concerns to help avert property damage.
• Engage in feedback sessions focused on product usage and process enhancements.
• Exhibit flexibility and a readiness to work varying shifts as required.
• At least 5 years of hands-on residential maintenance experience.
• Proficient written English language and grammar capabilities.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with tools such as Google Docs or a willingness to learn.
• Strong comprehension of the dynamics between residents, property management, and maintenance teams.
• Capability to accurately evaluate types of maintenance issues and their urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve basic maintenance problems.
• A positive, empathetic demeanor with a sincere desire to assist others.
