This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Respond swiftly to incoming inquiries.
• Confirm dates, times, and specifics for client appointments and consultations.
• Oversee and maintain the appointment calendar in HoneyBook.
• Handle and reply to emails using your designated email account.
• Keep the inbox organized and ensure prompt, professional replies.
• Post on social media in accordance with the client's established guidelines and templates.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Excellent, professional written communication abilities.
• Quick and dependable follow-up — comfortable working under tight response-time expectations.
• At ease managing email communication on behalf of the client.
• Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Well-organized, with a keen eye for detail to ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Experience in events, weddings, hospitality, or floral industries (preferred).
• Knowledge of HoneyBook or similar CRM/booking platforms (preferred).
• Comfortable posting on social media using provided templates (preferred).
• Fully REMOTE position.
• $50 birthday bonus.
